How do I identify an A-Khata house/flat from the documents? (Question is only with respect to properties in Bengaluru )

A-Khata property has both Khata certificate and extract, whereas other khata property has only extract.
BBMP issues khata certificate to A-khata property, BBMP doesn’t issue khata certificate to other khata types. Other khatas are eligible to receive only extract.
